As a DSU aggregator PowerHouse :

  1. Assess the economic and technical feasibility of your site to participate in demand response.
  2. Manage your DSU application and market entry test.
  3. Oversee all dispatches if demand reduction is called upon.
  4. Administer the capacity payments associated to your participating site(s).

PowerHouse will pay any associated comms and metering costs (if required) and simply deduct these costs from your first year's revenue earned through the scheme.
